How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
On successful completion of an order on theweelittles.shop you will receive an email from enquiries@theweelittles.shop which contains your order number and order details. Please keep this email safe as you will need the order number contained within for any further queries you may have.
Why didn't I receive any order confirmation email?
All order confirmation emails are generated and sent automatically upon successful completion of an order. If you have not received one of these it may be due to a problem with your mailbox. It may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam and junk folders.
I made a mistake - can I change my order?
If you discover you have made a mistake after you have confirmed your order, you will need to contact us by telephone to let us know.
I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you can't remember your password don't worry. After you enter your login email address click the 'Forgot My Password' button. Our system will then generate a new password and email it to the email address that was used to open your account on theweelittles.shop. This should happen within 5 minutes.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you log into your account on theweelittles.shop you can check your order history which will detail when your order was accepted and when it has been shipped. If you checked out as a guest you can contact us enquiries@theweelittles.shop and we can give you more information.
I want to return an item, is there a Returns Policy?
We have a detailed returns policy which must be followed in the event of an exchange. This can be seen in full here. Please read before you ship your return.
Can I get a refund?
Your statutory rights are not affected when you shop online with The Wee Littles Shop and our full returns/refunds policy is available here. Please read in full before you request a refund.
I don't know what size to get, is there a size chart?
Yes, we provide size charts to assist you with your choice and these can be found on the product page for each item.
Recommended Washing Instructions/Best Care Practices.
We recommend you follow the Wash Care Instructions on your garment. Inside out, in a cool wash cycle and hang dry are best practise. Never tumble dry your garment as this will result in shrinkage. A hot wash will also result in shrinkage. Apparel that was damaged as a result of incorrect washing cannot be returned or exchanged. All garments are pre-shrunk. Apparel washed correctly will not shrink or may shrink slightly in the region of 1-2%. This is the nature of cotton and not a fault with the garment.
AVOID HOT WASH! We always recommend a 30˚c/cool wash as this would be the norm for anything printed. Basically it takes heat to cure ink on a garment. Heat from an iron or dryer could also cause a print to remove.
Do not iron the print on the garment, please iron on reverse or cover with a pillowcase/cloth before ironing. Do not dry clean.
Is what I see on the screen what I receive?
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
Do you ship abroad?
We provide an international shipping service and a full list of the countries we ship to can be found in the drop down menu when entering your delivery address during the order process. If you do not see your country please email us at enquiries@theweelittles.shop
Are there any duties to be paid?
Yes. Certain countries within the EU, The US, Canada and others may apply an import duty on your order, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay these duties. Please take this into consideration before placing your order with us.

When is my credit card processed and charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you click the 'Place Order' button.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order at any time up to clicking the 'Place order' button by exiting the system.
Are my details secure and private?
We use PayPal and Stripe to process our online and telephone orders. PayPal are one of the internets most secure payment service providers and we are regularly checked and updated with the best fraud prevention software available to give our customers full peace of mind when shopping on theweelittles.shop. Our website if fully secure and the checkout encrypted. Customers personal details are never shared with any third parties. Only the email addresses for those who have subscribed to our newsletters are kept on file.
What are your opening hours?
Though we are an online business and our website operates 24hrs a day 365 days a year we are humans and need sleep. Our office hours are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm. Please do not call outside these times as your call will not be answered.
